New Customers
CHS provides in-person and remote interpreting and captioning. New Customers will need to establish an account with CHS. There is no cost to creating an account. Please electronically complete our Customer Account Registration Form. The agreement can also be emailed to us at CHSInterp@anixter.org or faxed to us at 312-525-2057. Once we receive all approved documents, you will receive a welcome email from us with your unique account number. With that account number, you can proceed to our on-line request form to make your official request for interpreter services.
