Lisa completed her Master’s Degree in Social Work at Hunter College of New York. She has over 24 years of experience working in a variety of settings and with diverse children, families and individuals. She began her career working with Deaf families and individuals in Preventive Services under Children Protectives Services and worked in this capacity for 8 years. Lisa then went on to work with Deaf individuals at a mental health organization, providing support and guidance on both long-term and brief interventions, for 5 years, before joining CHS.
